Ingredients

  • 2 oz Disco Cat Vodka
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz triple sec
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • Fine black sugar and a pinch of salt, for the rim

Directions

1. Run a lemon wedge around the rim of a martini glass and dip it in fine black sugar mixed with a pinch of salt.
2. Add Disco Cat Vodka, fresh lemon juice, triple sec, and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
3. Shake until well chilled.
4. Strain into the rimmed glass.
5. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
